Local payment can be made through bank transfer or using mobile banking PayNow.
We do not collect, store or process your credit card information. All credit card payments are processed by the payment gateway via a highly secured channel.
We, at The Promised Beans do not believe in locking down our customers with monthly subscriptions in order to purchase our coffee beans. We only require you to create an account with us so that you can monitor your own coffee consumption before purchasing.

Not an issue! Purchase a manual grinder and our paperless pour-over filter from us and grind your own coffee powder anytime, anywhere.
Note that for optimum freshness, coffee beans can be stored for at least 6 - 8 weeks and grinded coffee, up to 2 - 3 weeks.
We recommend using our re-sealable pack for storage. You can also store them in an air-tight glass or ceramic container. Store both types of coffee at a cool, dark and dry environment.
Our coffee beans are roasted in batches to ensure optimum freshness. We have shifted our roasting to overseas to maintain our cost and also to help some local workers there. All these, without sacrificing our quality, aroma and flavour.
Apart from just the freshness of the coffee, you are also helping the local farmers and The Promised Beans to support their families.
We do all transactions in Singapore dollars.
We roast our coffee beans in small quantities in order to ensure freshness when you order. We do not have a "use by" date but date of roasting and packing on the pack. Therefore we do not roast the beans in masses, instead our coffee beans are delibrately roasted in small quantities, delivered every few weeks depending on local stock, acting in faith for your order. No beans will be over 3 months old.
